Strategic location, beside Lepau and Lamin restaurants, downside is parking if you are driving, very limited space. BT definitely will return again for it's colonial charm inside the hotel!

First time in Kuching, but the city so quiet. So i spent mostly of my time in the hotel room. Love the hotel design, everything feel simple but nice. Love the bed and the pillow. I slept really well

It’s newly opened hotel. Modern yet traditional vibes, well designed interior. Just 10min walk to Padungan street where the famous local Chinese food stalls are located.

酒店位置去市区还有一段路程，步行大概需要1公里不是很建议入住！附近餐厅不大合适我的口味所有没有去光顾！

This hotel has such a unique vintage vibe. Really full of character! The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The lobby looks amazing. Cool, stylish, and full of personality.
The room design and color palette (white, green, dark wood furniture, and black and white tiles) were absolutely beautiful. I loved the décor! There’s a smart TV, a mini fridge, and the bathroom area is nicely arranged. The shower area itself is a bit narrow, but the sink area is fine, and there’s a shower curtain to keep the water from splashing out.
They also provide essentials like shampoo, body wash, disposable razors, toothbrushes, and shower caps. The bedsheets, duvet, and towels smelled really fresh and felt soft and comfortable.
The only small downside was that the pillows were a bit too soft and flat for me, so it took a while to fall asleep.
Overall, it was a lovely stay. Cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Would definitely recommend!

The option of food stalls around this hotel is very nice.
It's easy to get a Grab in and out.
It's noisy because they have a small clubbing space on the building next door. Music till 12mn.
It has a grand looking entrance.

Reception staff were polite and welcoming.
Pleasant atmosphere with plants and vintage luggage lift at the entrance.
Room color scheme (deep green + white) feels calm and comfortable.
Air-conditioning works well and keeps the room cold.
Towels and bed linens are of very good quality – soft and comfortable.
Electric kettle provided is a reputable brand (KHIND) with glass design.
Location is next to the famous Sarawakian restaurant “Lepau”, as well as a Western restaurant (Sharing) and a BBQ spot. Lots of food options nearby.
Negatives ??
Room is extremely small (16 sqm feels very narrow).
Wash basin has no counter space – can only fit two glasses for toothbrush & toothpaste; no room for cleanser or other toiletries.
The electric kettle had no proper socket nearby – I had to boil water on the small bedside table.
For the price and location, the overall value feels a bit low.
If you don’t have a car, getting around might be inconvenient. (I rented a car, so it was fine for me.)
Overall:
I only stayed one night (8pm check-in, 7:30am check-out). It was fine just for sleeping, but if staying longer, the small space and practical inconveniences would be noticeable.
